Joey Yung in Concert 2005

Special Feature

It started out bad when the concert bus to Mohegan Sun was not available in the morning, making hundreds of people wait in the cold. Then Joey sang 7 songs. What kind of concert is that?

The other group, ACE, sang more than her. How does that make sense when Joey is the main attraction for selling the concert? Looks like another case of amateur organizers ripping off fans by advertising a popular singer, but not paying the singer to do a full performance.

Joey, on the other hand, looked great, sang well, and stay cute through her blunders. That's how you make it in entertainment.

Did any of you hear her when she suppose to say "when I was small I never took a plane", but she said "when I was small I never hit a plane"?

The concert was really not worth the time and money i spend on it.
I live in the DC area, so i had to take 5 hrs of bus to Ny, 2 hrs to CT. All i got from the concert was about 45 mins of singing. It was total crap. I also got the VIP ticket too, 138 Row G
all useless, wouldnt even pay a penny if I knew this would happen

hehe, i didn't catch that, but i thought joey delivered herself pretty well, she was cute and funny, but i must admit there was a poor arrangement...but since this is my first time seeing joey in person...LIVE...hehe, i'm not complaining much.

This is definitely the worst concert I have ever been to. I have been to Miriam Yeung Chin Wah's concert last year and it was MUCH MUCH MUCH better. Miriam sang for the full 2 and a half hours and was very funny and sang well and interacted with her fans and appreciated that people made a trip to go see her. Joey? I didn't hear her say anything about appreciating her fans for travelling 2-3 hours to her concert. Seems like she knows nothing about the set-up. And she only had 2 costumes, and very casual costumes, like the ones she would wear to JSG. This totally ruined my weekend. Even though I used to like her songs, now I am boycotting her. And I can't believe Mani said to the reporters that they knew nothing about it and that the 40-minute show was pretty long.

I was disappointed with the show also. With it being that it wasn't a full Joey concert to those damn A.C.E bastards that took most of the time doing stupid magic tricks. Bad thing for the morning show was that she just said BYE BYE and left the stage without an ENCORE. WTH is that, seems like she wanted to leave with the quickness and didn't even bother thanking anyone or the fans for coming. She's cute and pretty in person but just not having the sense of a full Joey concert was just disappointing. I hope the production company won't mislead people again by using a well-named celebrity as a selling point for something that is not true.

Well... I got very disappointed at the length of the show. Still very happy to see Joey Yung perform. I hope next time when she has a concert in CT, it will be better show. Just want Joey to know, I am still her fan. Shame on the production company or whoever put on the false advertisment, playing with words. People that really felt they are being ripped-off or misleaded should definity report this to Better Business Bureau. www.bbb.org
